I hung on to this article from Elle US, June 2008 after having found it pretty useful. You don't have to be a lazy by definition to find this article and some of the excercises suggested in it of use. People who like working out and do it regulalrly sometimes get tired of the same old routine, or they just want to do the bare minimum, like me!
While I would always advice anyone to do at least 3 days of heart-pumping cardio per week at least, its not always possible week after week, and that is when some of the workouts in this article come in handy. Bottom line is - you have to do something, there isn't such a thing as a 'no-work workout', but you don't have to kill yourself at the gym to be fit either.
